The fourth quarter of 2021 showed notable trends for the top 5 investing and financial management applications on iOS in Brazil. Here’s a closer look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto saw a sharp increase in weekly downloads, starting from 8.6K at the end of September and peaking at around 29.2K in late October. Despite this, weekly active users showed a steady growth from 79.6K to 124.8K by the end of November before slightly declining to 107K by the end of December.

NuInvest experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, with a notable peak of 39.4K in early November. Weekly active users also saw a rise, starting at 45.4K at the end of September and reaching a high of 68K in early December, before stabilizing around 56.3K by the end of the quarter.

IQ Option – FX Broker had a relatively steady performance in terms of downloads, ranging from 6.3K to 10.3K throughout the quarter. Active users fluctuated slightly, starting at 66.6K and peaking at 70.3K in mid-October, then ending the year at approximately 63.5K.

MetaMask - Blockchain Wallet saw consistent growth in weekly downloads, with a significant increase from 2.4K at the end of September to 13.9K by the end of November. Correspondingly, active users grew from 8.5K to 14.8K by the end of December.

Crypto.com - Buy Bitcoin, ETH experienced a steady rise in weekly downloads, starting at 3.2K and peaking at 10.9K in late November. Active users followed a similar upward trend, beginning at 8.4K and reaching 23.2K by the end of December.
